Come learn the Korean martial art of Hapkido. Hoshinkido Hapkido is an effective method of self-defense that does not rely on size and strength to work. At our classes you will learn many things: breathing techniques, striking, kicking, breakfalling, blocking, joint locks, are more. We strive to allow our students to train in an intimidation free environment. You will be improving your emotional, mental and phsyical fitness while having a lot of fun.
