Directions to the school
Come join us for our regular martial arts group classes. People of all skill levels and physical abilities are welcome (currently we are only accepting students who are 16 years or older). Our classes are taught in a relaxed, friendly environment. Learn to defend yourself, improve your physical conditioning, meet new people, gain self confidence, and have fun.
Our standard cost is $60 a month, no contracts, no testing fees. If you are at all interested, give us a shout and come check out the class. Give us a call ahead of time and you can come in and try out a class for free!
Private classes and seminars:
We can arrange for lessons to be at a time that is convenient for you. Take some private classes or get a group together for a unique training session. If you are interested in setting up a self-defense seminar we can do that too. Many schools and workplaces now arrange one or two day seminars to promote confidence, safety and fun. Contact us to make arrangements.
